He says "I've just been stood up by a girl with a long face" after the barman asks him "why the long face?".

Well, it could be worse. He could believe he's a horse trapped in a human, like Jason does.

He even wrote about horses trapped in human bodies.

Just when you think you've got it all figured out, someone changes the rules.

Root for Peyton Manning in the Superbowl. He was a Colt and is now a Bronco and it's the Chinese Year of the Horse.

I had to switch. Remember I said I was rooting for Seattle because of Russell Wilson. When you said Ball was playing more and doing well, that kind of evened things out to where I wasn't really rooting for anyone.

Now the Milwaukee Journal just did a piece on Melvin Gordon, a UW running back that gained over 1,600 yards last season while splitting the carries with James White. Gordon was seriously considering declaring for the NFL draft, and Ball played a big part in Gordon deciding to stay at UW for another year.

So, I'm going to have to root for the Broncos now. Ball pulled me over to that side.
