2) Not as overwhelming as thinking 10,000 hours.
3) Points out that Outliers' 10,000 hours is more to become a world class top athlete or musician...
A friend of mine becomes somewhat good or knowledgeable at one new thing every year.
The suggested TED or TEDx videos, at least on my screen, appear to be very interesting as well.
