Yeah I remember my Mom told me about this 2 years ago or so. Of course I have 2 daughters so I looked it up here recently and it is true.

The best and happiest combination of a family dynamic is two parents with two daughters.

Want to be happy? have two daughters - Telegraph

It consisted of a study in Great Britain with 2,116 families (My Mom and Dad were off the radar with 5 boys lol)

Incidentally, families that were the least happy were ones that had four girls. YIKES !!

I think it would be much more "harmonious" with two sons to deal with than two hormonal unstable daughters.

Not sure how many families they interviewed with daughters were pre-teen or not. That could tell a different story.

      Maybe they were young daughters.

I know I have young daughters and it is far from being harmonious lol. Of course they are only a year apart which could be a reason for the chaos all the time..

I just cant wait til they turn 25 and start dating. That is going to be an automatic Age Accelerator

There are too many variables to know what is best, but in many cases having just two daughters would be FAR from ideal!

Yes, sometimes a loyal dog is enough.

Yeah. We all know that boys don't go through puberty or later mid life crisis or anything like that. They don't have hormone related traits and issues at all. lol.

3 girls and 1 boy was pretty brutal too. Two of the girls didn't get along with the third and there was hell to endure for years.

Ahh the mid life crisis. Some men just try to hang on to that last smidgeon of testosterone that still remains in their bodies. And turnaround and try to comfort themselves by trading in the love of their Life for a cheaper more superficial one full of fake body parts and sub-moronic IQs.

Sounds like a number of you cats here at Warrior

I grew up in a house with 2 boys and 2 girls. My mother always said that pre-teen, girls are much easier than boys. But once into the teen years, boys are much easier than girls.

Knowing what she went through with my sisters as compared to my brother and I, this is 100% true

Oh - I have 3 sons and 1 step daughter. I've been lucky - no typical teen age crap. All good kids (young adults now, except my 10 year old).

  • I think it all depends on the parents and the kids. My sister and I HATED each other when we were kids and my parents had to deal with a lot of drama most of our childhood. It was only after our teens that we started to get along...
