Russia wanted to give all its gold medal winners a special prize, but Julia Lipnitskaya didn't quite qualify. 
She was only 15yo.
So what did russia do? They sweetened the pot for her, and gave her a personal driver. The others only got the $120,000 and brand-new Mercedes GL SUV.
