Although my favorite team is out....Toronto Maple Leafs.....I just love playoff hockey!

Congrats New York and L.A.

Looking forward to the finals!!!

      The NHL produces the greatest game in the world, bar none. I have been watching hockey since the early 70's and this last series was one of the most exciting and classiest that I have ever witnessed. The respect that both teams showed for one another was a true display of sportsmanship of the absolute highest caliber.

      Unfortunately, my beloved NY Rangers are going to look like a bunch of munchkins went put up against the beasts from LA, but hopefully the 5 days rest will give them enough juice to at least make a bit of an actual contest out of the series.

      Honestly, I'm thrilled that they made it into the finals seeing as how no one gave them a shot. Up yours, Cindy Crosby. lol

        I think more non-hockey fans would get into it if they actually went to a game. It's a different experience from watching on TV. Hearing the puck rocket off the glass followed by guys smashing into the boards two feet away from you has to be experienced.

        Same thing with NBA. I remember the first NBA game I went to and was amazed how much better it is in person.

    Great game tonight!

    However, I'd like to see the Rangers win the cup so I wasn't too thrilled with the outcome of the game.

    Great to see Justin Williams score the winning goal last night! Williams was born/raised about 2 hours away from where I was born/raised!

    At this point, I don't really have a favorite team. NYR have more Canadian players than the L.A. Kings, so would be nice if the Rangers take the cup.
