Have you contacted Escrow.com directly to see if they can help you? That would be my first step. If others have been able to do it before then they should know, right?

You can either ask escrow.com to send you in a check in US dollars by mail or ask then to T/T the money in US dollars directly to your bank. If you choose T/T, there will be extra charges involved. However, your bank will certainly charge you for cashing a check in US dollars. It may also charge you for receiving a T/T payment from overseas. I would contact your bank first.

US check would not be secure i think , its a huge amount and can be misplaced easily .
T/T can be an option but need to know the charges on my banks's end. also i dont know which bank accept T/T and what kind of account should i have with them to recieve and convert USD into PKR.

i think contacting bank first is a better option .

thanks for your support and time derekwong28 , much appriciated

So you contacted Escrow and they were not helpful and didn't know what banks support them yet they find your post on an IM forum and directly get in touch with you.

Pretty dam helpful if you ask me.

Also how can a US cheque be insecure and have the ability to be misplaced easily?

Anyway, I assume you've fixed the issue now?
