I love most authentic Mexican food. It's available everywhere in the southwest. Very cool. :-)
I have several bottles in my kitchen at any one time. My personal favs are "Pain 100%", Blairs "Death From Above" and Buffalo Wild Wings "Blazin'" sauce, though I like several. The hottest I have on hand right now is called 'Dave's Insanity Ghost Pepper Sauce". It's the traditional famous "Insanity", but it's combined the "bhut jolokia" pepper (Ghost Chili). Stuff's freakin' HOT!
I prefer red chili by far, but I still like green. My wife is the opposite - of course. I like mine red, beefy and hot! She likes hers green, porky and mild. Boring. lol
