    WOW! WHAT did she hope to gain? In the OLD days, they came out to turn a switch or something to enable your cable, and maybe facilitate your placement. But THAT was when the cable was compatible with the TV. TODAY, it ISN'T!

    TODAY, it works pretty much like it did, but there is a box that is keyed to convert the signal to your tv. THAT means that even if she DID force the guy to do it, and tricked the company into enabling the box, and locked up EVERYTHING, so nobody could get to it, it can later AUTOMATICALLY and REMOTELY disable it, and you have NOTHING!

      It they're anything like DirectTV they did an upsell.
