I,m going to buy a domain there so it's asks for add my CC before bid , then i fill my right data in the form as well , then i got this message

Maybe DON'T BOTHER!?!? The domains seem to be mostly typo based, The error SEEMS to be an unusable limitation and/or declined card.

  There are a LOT of reasons why a given card won't work. One card I have was declined because of a daily limit. One was declined because of some IDIOT mishandling ANOTHER lost card issue. One was because I used the same card at the pump and a convenience store. The store said they didn't allow it. One was supposedly, according to the restaurant, because it had a chip in it. It worked everywhere else. And I didn't even mention the processors that fail because of no zipcode, address, or AVS! Some CC, at least if connected to the US in some way, will NOT allow business with certain companies or products. This is due to a law recently GREATLY expanded and abused, and they plan to EXPAND it. If allowed to continue, the UN could take it up and expand it WORLD WIDE!
  
  So YEAH! if you have only ONE card, sometimes it just WON'T work! I always carry at least 3 types from at least 3 banks. I also try to check my credit report every 15 days. You NEVER know when a problem will happen.

ANOTHER thing! DO you know about that company? SOME sites accept credit cards and DON'T process them. They save the information for later fraud!

Most of thanks for you comments sir ,, i will follow ur method and i will make 1 more CC in diff banks, and also i will try to change my current IP or VPN to my Courtney which i made the CC from !
