People find it hard to believe that the career of an online marketer can be stressful. We work from home, sometimes have nice toys, sometimes have nice incomes, and all the time avoid many of the unpleasantness of your standard career: arduous commutes, bosses, ageism, deadlines, set hours. But stress does occur. Of course, stress for us doesn't have to originate from financial origins. Take me for example: I juggle a great many projects and my involvement in each one comes with responsibilities that must be met.
Here are 10 things I do to de-stress:
1. Organize my business, methodically.
2. Chat on forums like WF
3. Take walks
4. Read
5. Take time out with the family and personal time just for me
6. Write novels, short stories, and screenplays
7. Run my hobby platforms (websites, FB pages)
8. Chat to my mother
9. Work out
10. Throw on a video game
How about you?
