CONGRATZ you have just installed a REAL operating system almost makes me all EMO each time i see one more human in the world break loose from the momopolic idiocrazy macroshit (aka microsoft ok ok i know i shouldnt swear and i know microsoft is a ugly word)

Been watching things like this on the forum for a long while now. There
are people in here with specialized skills that can't pay their light bill.
About three years ago I was having lunch with a good friend and his son,
then a Jr. at U.S.F. I mentioned I was wanting to learn more about Linux
and before we knew it somebody came up with a Saturday offline business.
Chad got to use a room at his church as long as a couple of people got in
the class for free. Craigslist wasn't big then but flyers and some freebies
got around. He hoped about 12 would show up, He got 20 AT $99 A POP.
Brighthouse even cooperated and fixed up some connections at the church.
(There were 14 more people that wanted in but there wasn't space.)
I was in that first group. He got his new girlfriend to help. She didn't
know diddly about computers but turned out to be a quick study. The four
hour class turned out to be 8. We had to send out for food. A few months
went by and he had moved to a local hotel, had all day classes and had
expanded to a basic and advanced classes on successive Saturdays. He and
his then fiancee started saving their class money towards a house.
After graduation a national insurance company offered him a "day" job but
the classes kept on three Saturdays out of four. Fast forward, Chad and his
new wife recently bought a forclosure at the courthouse FOR CASH. He still
has his day job. His wife does the classes all over central Florida during the
week, he helps on the weekends.
How many people in this forum have skills and knowledge that are in some
kind of demand in the real world. Maybe you couldn't create a six figure income
out of thin air OR maybe you could. Never know till you try.
