Need a reminder service

In need of a service we can use to remind people of a one time class they enrolled for.

Ideally it would let us enter the time and day of the class and email, phone number of the person and give us the option of having it email, text, phone (with recorded message) the person to remind them of the class.

Has anyone used something similar that they can recommend?

    Try Google Calendar, it features the option to add email addresses that will receive notifications and it also has an app that helps you share useful information with your co-works. So you may find it useful. Just access the Google Docs page, go to Other Calendars, then Settings, and there you will find all you need to know. But there is one little trick to say so, the people you invite to that event must also synchronize their calendar and set a reminder so as google send them email notifications for that particular event they joined. So, in conclusion, you will have to add all the email addresses and also announce them to press Yes on the invitation and then configure their calendar too.
