Based on what he does and the size of his business, I'm charging him $197.00 per month plus a one time $100.00 fee to set-up Facebook and Twitter accounts. I'll end up spending around $10.00 on backgrounds for those and between 10-20% out of the monthly fee for advertising services, but it's only a matter of monitoring things regularly after that.
Also, I already told him I was going to raise the price to $297.00 once the results are coming in steadily and he's good with it.
This will actually work out very well if all goes according to plan. I charge him to supply him with new customers and as he receives more work he'll need more supplies, which I'll then sell him as well. So the more successful I am on the front end the more I'll make on the front end AND the backend.
