Helping big cleaning company with their marketing

Hi!

Long time ago I asked an question but I think this is a good one that can help others also.

Yesterday I had a meeting with a potential client, he is the owner of a big cleaning company. His website is not generating any leads, we are going to optimize the site with some sales funnels and call 2 actions but I want to make sure he is going to get some traffic to the site also!

His clients are other company's who need their office cleaned, buildings surroundings, walls, windows, you name it, they clean it.

In my conversation I discovered that their marketing is not targeted and I want to help them with that also but.. He just wants his website done so I'm looking for an angel that I can use to make a big impact on his business (he is advertising on different platforms).

I also think I need another meeting with him to get some more info from him..

Have you worked with this kind of company and can help me with this..?

    Before this goes even a step beyond further... you are trying to sell them the service of optimizing their site to produce leads.

    Kind of the concept here is to take EXISTING traffic to the site, and turn that into converted leads.

    Forget about the other stuff you think he needs... produce results with this FIRST,and THEN go back and say hey...I can do this or that for you

      Thanks for your reply. I also wrote that we are going to optimize the site with some sales funnels and C2A's (I'm not native English speaker so maybe I did not made myself clear enough).

      I'm not worried we can get some better conversion for him and that is what we are going to do. But I wanted to know if maybe somebody on the WF forum worked with this kind of clients, how to get more traffic to his site.

      Edit: But I understand your input, first deliver results and than upsell to other things Let's take it from their indeed
