What to do when competitor exchanges all of your stuff

Hi All,

We are two network operators in this market.
- We sell the cellphones to customers and then they exchange all for their phones plus a lot of money. Customers can NOT use our service any more because their new phones do NOT support our SIM card.
- We put a lot of stuff to improve our images. They exchange all for their stuff plus a lot of money. Our customers "can't" find where to recharge their account.

What can we do in this case?
Or suggest me some related documents or articles...

    Not even sure what you're asking.

    It seems people are buying phones and service for you, then get different phones that can't use your service and you lose.

    If that's it, why do they exchange?
