What to do when competitor exchanges all of your stuff
We are two network operators in this market.
- We sell the cellphones to customers and then they exchange all for their phones plus a lot of money. Customers can NOT use our service any more because their new phones do NOT support our SIM card.
- We put a lot of stuff to improve our images. They exchange all for their stuff plus a lot of money. Our customers "can't" find where to recharge their account.
What can we do in this case?
