Hello guys!

After reading pretty much all Bob Ross system, I would like to know for those of you that already tried it and putting action in the 9x12 system, what is your average response rate with postcard?

Let's say I have couple of high response offer along with lower one like Mr. Ross said so in his work, what would be my response rate on average?

I would need that number to estimate potential revenues since I would like to implement one of this strategy mentioned in his books.

People get hung up on this all the time, but you aren't doing yourself any favors by even talking about it.

Why? Because...we all know that someone needs to see your message like 5-7 times before it even sinks in. There are variations to this formula like everything else, but the basic concept doesn't change.

For example, I started a new version of the 9x12, and didn't have one advertiser ask about the response they might expect...obviously they understand direct mail marketing.

But...it's also because of how I position my mailer...as another way to get their message out there...never guaranteeing response rates, just promising to do what I say I'm going to do.

Anyway...good luck, and hope this helps!

Appreciate the response. I read again one of Ross books and I missed something talking about response rate and he was saying exactly what you just did. That is not even talk about response, but instead focus mainly on saturation of an area to build value. Getting the brands out everywhere will get more benefits for both parties involved than focusing on response rate alone.

    Thank you.
