Hi ,

We are a remote IT infrastructure management company who are offering IT infrastructure management and Monitoring services.

We would like to know how to start marketing our services or how to get new projects \ Leads ?

    There's actually no magic steps or rules. You have to be creative while doing marketing and probably study on some books. Plus, you can use the search function to look for "marketing strategy" to find general marketing strategies which could maybe applied to this niche.
    If you are looking for a good book I suggest you "Blue Ocean Strategy", by Chan Kim.

      We are baically offering two services :

      IT infrastructure Monitoring

      IT infrastructure management and administration

      We have a well setup 24*7 running network operations center where the engineers will be monitoring the customers Infrastructure all the time and if any issue happens it will be escalated to the client or will be resolved in no time with the help of our Expert Engineers.

      In Administration part we are providing :

      Server Administration (Windows /Linux/Solaris/Unix)
      Network Administration
      Storage services
      Cloud management
      Virtualization services

      Also we provide Datacenter setup as well(Setting up of Datacenter ,Installation ,configuration and Administration)

      We are using a customised monitoring software for monitoring the customers Infrastructure and we work with well defined SLA s and Processes thereby giving importance to the Quality delivering of services.On top of this we are currently offering a Free 14 days trial to experience the real quality of our service.

      When it comes to the clients ,we would like to extend our georeach and we are ready to serve clients from round the globe.

        I will bet that you wont like to see this, BUT Synechron Delivers is hitting on most all cylinders.

        They simply are "marketing". The fact is they are not marketing better than you.. YOU simply are not marketing at all.

        Their page is saying Hi, we cater to Banking, Insurance, Capitol Markets, etc we have case studies, we are in the news. we are concerned with sharing ideas and innovation.

        yours defines (RIM) - thanks for that, and offers a free 14 day trial ( is the free trial a sandbox? an app? what exactly? )

        There is simply no defined background of what you do, who you do it for, and who you have done it for already.

        My personal basic principles of good web design answer 6 key elements; 5 W's and an H. Who What Where Why When and How.

        Again looking at the reference site. do they answer who they are? Yes: Do they answer what they are? Yes: Do they answer where they are? Yes: Do they answer Why they do what they do? Yes the do: When? 99.99% of the time... Yes: and How? They do answer this... a bit quietly but its there.

        You need to focus on a direction. let your homepage be the voice of your company and not some landing page with some terribly weak offer. The home page needs to be a gateway to learning more about your company and its services and HOW you can benefit the potential clients reading it.

    Just a heads up, you can't link to your own site within a post. Beyond that, I'm not a huge fan of your business name. It sounds clunky to me.

    I would start building a site full of informative content that answers customer questions while demonstrating your expertise. Read more here:
