Traveling the USA (And 3 Tips!)

Hey Warriors,

I've been on the forum for a few years now and have had some pretty big successes. It's been an awesome journey and I'm finally moving onto my next phase.

In March of 2015, I'll begin traveling the USA and providing my services to local businesses as I travel. I just bought an RV, getting a truck and will have 2 motorcycles along with my girlfriend

I figured I'd share a few methods that I'll be using to help others out there that don't believe working from home or on the road is possible.

1. Starbucks

I know it sounds too simple, but I've gained 12 clients this year (according to my CRM) while just sitting at Starbucks and working.

I found that the people that come up to me and ask me, "What is it that you do?" are typically people who already have an idea of what I do by watching and they tend to become clients quite quickly (within 1 meeting).

2. Networking Meetings

This year I've made over $64,000 at local networking meetings in my area. These are either hosted by someone else or I post them up on local meetups for people to attend.

Once someone says they're interested in my services at a local group, I've found that they roughly convert around 85% of the time with only 1 thirty minute meeting.

3. LinkedIn

If you aren't using this, you should be. I find that keeping my communication on LinkedIn for initial leads tends to increase overall conversions.

That's likely due to the fact that LinkedIn is all about business to business relationships and I can immediately build trust by endorsing their skillsets and having them look at my own.

In conclusion...

I really look forward to meeting warriors along the way. It would be great to get together with other like minded people and share my stories while traveling

Wish me luck!
