Which are the best niches to offer Rank and Rent sites to?

I just read a post here about lawyers being a bad niche to try to offer site rentals to already ranked sites, so are other niches better for this model?

If so which niches are best?

Thanks,

Dylan

That is a lucrative niche but hard to dominate the top google results. You have to use google keyword planner or other keyword research tool to find the niche and use a competition checker to analyze the competition. You have to do your research and test it because no one will tell you if the niche is profitable.

I was not asking which niche was profitable. I just heard there were some legal issues when it comes to renting or selling leads to lawyers.

I would rather focus on niches that don't have this issue.

I am already renting a few sites to lawyers in Berkeley CA. But I was going to branch out to other areas with the Lawyer niche but now that I hear that different states have laws about this.

You were not asking for which niche was profitable but you asked which niches were the best? Sorry if I misunderstood it. lol

My point was no one will tell you if they discovered a good or best niche to market. Why? Because you will be competing against them.

There are thousand of niches. You should have asked the right or clear question.

My favorites are service based, blue collar industries. Roofing, landscaping, deck building, pools, remodeling, etc. You want something that's going to be high lead value for the client, in order to justify paying you. Many of those industries are actually better than lawyers.

      Thank you IamNameless,

Lawyers can be a high ticket group but I can imagine for me at least blue collar niches are better.

Thanks this gives me ideas to start with.
