What are some of the benefits that your clients get from working with you?

I'm curious about what "you think your clients get" as a benefit from working with you. I think a lot of times some of us get caught up into websites, traffic, analytics, rankings, optimizations, clicks...but what is the real benefit.

Put a better way, what is the real value that you are bringing them?

I think that's a cop out. Anyone can say "you're going to get exactly what you want" but it doesn't mean anything in the context of real life. That question was... how do your customers benefit from working with you.

Mine typically get more phone calls and general service requests.

How is that a cop out?
The OP asked a general question, so I gave a broad general answer. It's not a cop out. Business that work with me, actually get results that are geared towards their goals.

I think your answer may have been a cop out. You get more phone calls and service requests? What if a business doesn't want more phone calls? What if they are trying to eliminate their service department?

You don't know the businesses goals until you consult. How can you offer a solution without knowing the problem (s)?

I don't work with businesses trying to eliminate their services department. I work with businesses that want more phone calls and general service requests.

Are you telling me - as an offline consultant - you're equally equipped to handle problems a business has with lead generation, sales, service, etc...?

All of the above as I see it are directly related to the end result. getting more clients. be it getting more phone calls or more online sales or in general terms the results I said I would get. These things are all of value, but I am not so sure they are THE value.

To get these things there are some underlying factors. Identifying problems, Identifying specific customers for your clients etc etc. The value as I see it is in these identifications. I am sure many have read from me, that I spend some amount of time looking at demographics. I spend time researching generational differences. I spend time learning about the affects of color. I spend time learning the economic and commerce differences between men and woman.

All of these are factors in obtaining the success in what it is we do. The value, is then sharing this information. Pinpointing our clients direct target customer. Sharing this information allows my clients to bring this type of information into their other business aspects that may benefit. Outdoor signage, indoor POP displays, business cards, newspaper ads, etc. etc. Allows for growth not only for what I have done for them, but for their business as a whole. That to me is VALUE.
