* Anybody Got any Ideas on This Problem?

.
I sell a mobile phone charger. A friend has a connection with a small radio station
that will run a 60 sec radio spot on a per sale basis. The DMA is quite small so I
don't think there will be enough response to warrant engaging a telemarketing room.
How can I feature my product in a radio spot and make sure sales are separate,
unique and trackable?

TIA,

Earl

Haven't tried this yet. But I think you should try it first so you would personally know how it goes. A "Trial and Error" process.

Use a tracking phone number in the ads(ex. callfire). This will allow you to keep track of the calls the ads generate, and with each call you can keep track of the sales made during each call.

Add a new cellphone on to your plan, and use that number. As needed it gives you the ability to even forward calls if you are on the line. I have had instances where a call bounces 3 phones over to the next open phone in the line.

PS if by chance you have your wife or GF help you out and you forward your phone to hers.. remember to take that off! hahahaha but no really!

Same idea as above but ask people to text a short word like "yes" to a short number - less intimidating for some people and it may increase your response rate and help you build a list
