Where can I sell telemarketing insurance leads?

I would start contacting other bpo's who do lead generation. This can be done via email. Most of them turn down contracts daily, and they have all kinds of leads on companies looking for telemarketing services. For instance, maybe they specialize in mortgage leads, yet they are constantly being contacted by health insurance companies wanting to do campaigns... That's one avenue. Insurance forums are another. Perhaps you have gotten a lead or two by posting in an insurance forum...maybe it would be even more effective to place a paid ad in their equivalent of a WSO section... One thing is for sure; there are TONS and TONS of companies looking for leads. Even web design and SEO companies, right here on this very forum!


Getting referrals from other telemarketing operations is an easy way to find contracts usually. sometimes, you enable them to fulfill a contract that they didn't want to do themselves because it didn't fit their biz model, but they can make a couple of bucks by subcontracting it to your room.

I use to turn down contracts all the time that didn't fit my model, but I would kick myself and say "Dang, that was a lot of money to just leave on the table...", it would have been great to make a few bucks referring them out to another room.

You can sell them directly to different companies. Countless people are paying CPA networks to get their business more leads, but you could try selling them to those companies. Countless MLM companies cold always use more leads, especially within the health niche. John gave some great suggestions.

Many different businesses could always buy these leads personally from you, and consider building a website where you sell these leads based on niche.

I would check out insurance-forums.net. Lots of people there buying TM leads especially for final expense.

Have you thought about lead gen for other industries? Merchant services, warranty, energy. Seems like there are quite a few industries that would appreciate qualified leads.

romdev I received your private message, first I only sell health, life & med supps. I don't sell P&C But I have to tell after being in the insurance business for over 13 years you're not going to sell leads saying you have organic leads. Brokers like myself get tons of offers for leads like this every week. Why should anybody do business with you? If I get a lead source that is good which I use to have one we stick with them forever. If you want to earn business you will earn it from referral sources who refer you or you should give a free trial of 20 leads. That's my rule just being honest.

I may have said this last year, but "Sellers are buyers and buyers are sellers", to quote Jim Straw.

In my own experience, the easiest customers to get are other larger lead providers, who are trying desperately to fulfill their own quotas and contracts.

I once had a contract with a lead provider who had nationwide contracts of their own, and could take thousands of leads per month...My telemarketing room was relatively small at that time, and I could nowhere near fulfill that kind of demand, however they would take as many leads as I could possibly provide, so it was a great thing.

When you come to the place where you need work for your telemarketers in the "meanwhile"...Its good to start looking for a bigger contract. The kind that can take unlimited leads. They exist within thousands of companies across the world.

I once, on another occasion, had such an arrangement with "theleadtree.com"... So, it doesnt have to be specifically a USA based company. They are all over the world.

Usually when there are 99 problems, there is one solution, just gotta make that next move.
