Newswires Any good now? selling a lawyer info dvd

I was launching an infoproduct for bankruptcy attorneys to give to clients and besides cold calling I was going to try a press release. I've had decent results with PRweb in the past, but was thinking of trying businesswire. Anyone know what worth the money.

I looked at old threads, but it all seems out of date.

Was also thinking of setting up an affiliate marketing program or maybe just getting an independent sales rep.

bankruptcy base com is the product. (all ready to go just need to start selling)

    None of the online PR avenues would be ideal for this. You have a very targeted niche, and do you personally pay attention to PRweb releases? I think the effect will be minimal and ultimately not lead to any kind of profit.

    I think your idea about a sales rep would be good. You could also look into cold emailing a list of bankruptcy attorneys, maybe do some targeted direct mailing as well.

    Good point. There are a bunch of legal bloggers with google news alerts. so I guess a cheap prweb might be okay.

    So I guess direct marketing and cold calling it is. I hate cold calling (not particularly bad at it) I have a jaw problem and talking to much can be a bit painfull.
