What am I doing wrong? No sales!

Could horrid content be the reason? Did I choose a dead niche? Am I offering the wrong products. Frankly, I just do not know the answer to those and many other questions relative to my site. Beautiful site I am told. Lots of visitors. Tire kickers, but no fire lighters.
The unacceptable performance of my website has rendered me .
I would pull all my hair out if I were not already bald. I lose sleep at night because of this perplexing and debilitating online marketing dilemma.

I have been at internet marketing now for a number of years and truthfully, I earned $3.00. Yes. three bucks. That is down right embarrassing to announce in a public forum such as this but I need help in the worse way.
So, I am willing to accept comments, suggestions, ideas and input that would help me to flourish with sales.
Please, gasoline and matches will not be accepted as a solution to my issue.

    Well you have not updated since october 2014

    You just seem to link to products you wish to sell, tons of affiliate links....long winded reviews

    nothing about you yourself....

    you have a very specific market and they probably know how to search themselves if they wish to buy a product

    You do not even bother to cloak your Commission Junction links


    I live in one of THE prime areas for pleasure boating, yachts, etc...and I don't think this would cut it in Florida. Actually your site is very broad...is it for the guy with a 30 footer or the guy with a yacht>
    just posting random affiliate products is why you don't sell anything IMHO

    Ok well i am not an online marketer, but right off I don't see anything resembling a CTA. just stuff for sale and an annoying reminder not to forget the boat insurance.
    There is nothing motivating me to interact.

    I am sure you'll get way better feedback from the im experts.

    If you've been around IM for more than 4 seconds you must have read 'build a list'

    Have you done that?

    No?

    Well there's your answer ....that's why you are failing.

    Put that site to one side for now, build a list, then and only then
    will you have any chance of making a sale.

    When they know who you are, what you stand for, how much
    of an expert you are, how trustworthy, how honest, how knowledgable.

    If it was as easy as throwing up a site with affiliate links on then we'd
    all become millionaires overnight.

      The site is actually a Wordpress blog. I have actually acquired over 18,000 wordpress subcribers. I have been paying attention to list building. Have I done anything with the list. I am afraid not. I admit that I need to do better. And... for that reason I appeal to the marketing, list building and SEO experts who frequent this Forum for feedback.
      Just a bit of direction and I shall rise. Care to give some?

    Eek..take a look at your own about us page.

    There are loads of spam posts that you've allowed on there that show you as a complete rookie. No wonder you get no sales....seriously, have you really been at this for a number of years?

    The whole design needs to be scrapped. What's up with all of those colors? Too many things on the home page. I'd stick to one purpose and then have separate pages for the other products.

    I'm sure you will get some decent advice in this section of the forums but to be frank, your asking for help with an affiliate site for amazon products.

    I think you'd get better help in the main marketing forums.

    what is a "pro boater"....and why would they listen to YOU>..

    I don't even think this belongs in offline marketing ...maybe the affiliate marketing boards, blogging,
    general IM boards

    You will likely get a lot of offers to buy wso's and take on a mentor but really you need to do some research yourself....focus, offer things of interest, go from there

    To be honest, you sound desperate. If you sound needy / desperate it's almost like prospects taste it.

    Go in with an attitude of: I truly don't couldn't care less + every call i make is one step closer to getting awesome

    and you will notice a difference.

    How to care less:
    Know you are getting better each call. Make sure you have your purpose in life clear. See the bigger picture.

    are you clear on what you want? Do you know what a customer would want? The product links seem to go straight to a third party site, have you thought of an intermediate page to presell the product?

    You've been at Internet Marketing that long and this is where you're at currently? Sorry, but your site is awful! I think your best bet is to either find a mentor or focus on something else completely.

    If your serious about this, you should get a mentor to help you. I think that would be the best thing for you do because you seem really lost and overwhelmed.
