I like the idea of residual income but I want to get a higher MRR per client, so I would appreciate input and advice on designing a service to achieve this.
I was thinking of upselling the following service for $150-$300/month per SMB:
- Web Hosting
- Basic website maintenance and updates (changes in contact info, etc)
- Helping them set up corporate/branded email accounts for every employee and provide any needed support regarding emails, like setting them up on their cellphones, etc
- Monthly report with statistics
What do you guys think?? At $150/M per client and 100 clients, you are looking at a MRR of $15,000.
Note: I’m well aware of the fact that once you have a good relationship, you can proceed to upsell true high-ticket marketing services, which I’m not ignoring.
