Can't Edit G+ Business Page Details??? Please help

Hi guys,

Any idea why I can't change my Google+ page details??

See how in the image there is the little "lock icons" next to each section.. ?

I can't edit my own page details?

Does anyone know more about this, is it possible to edit the introduction article?

Any help would be much appreciated.

    If you're the page manager, you shouldn't have problems.

    Is this the first time you're trying to edit your page?

    Did you claim it with the same email address you're signing it?

    Did you try to claim it using another email address and confused Google?

    First and foremost thing is which page this is? Is this a business page or a normal page. If it's a business page, then you have to verify the page with the postal pin you would have received in the address you have given. I think so sometimes back the same problem happened with me as well and after verification, everything got resolved.
