What the best list to get for this kind of service?

So I already do postcard marketing for my business opportunity and have had success but on my next postcard mailing i'm only displaying the benefits not the opportunity.

I'm selling unlimited roadside assistants for automobile, truck and RV owners.

What kind of mailing list do you suggest i get for people who drive automobiles who may need my service?

I'd partner with travel insurance providers. If someone is careful enough to buy medial/health insurance for an extended travel period, they're careful enough to want to not worry about roadside assistance (another form of insurance).

Also subscribers to road trip magazines.

What would one on this list say to describe
his incident that is now really annoying him?

Answering that one question allows you to
know what list to get and what to say so
      your message is on target.

Don't most people have this through their car warranty/lease or if that is over they get AAA??

I have seen this "opportunity" pushed more as an opportunity but it didn't look particularly easy to me

IMHO - EDDM would be cheaper and more effective than targeting "car owners" - many of them probably have some coverage even if you pay for a list. Keep your costs down, IMHO this is a real "numbers game" type deal

You might try some networking, going to events, getting a "booth" at large/local event like a fair or something. I have seen people selling this at event

Are you covered for such a thing? I'm just asking... Many of these options you have mentioned.. HAVE them available.. but when you call... there is a charge ( $35 as an example to bring you a gallon of Gas). The only service many of these offer is the use of a 800 number so they can find someone for you - it doesn't actually cover any of the expense.

Now, If you have USAA... its a whole other ball game. But they are the only insurance company I know of that offer these types of services.
