robo call for student loan refinance, home alarm, elderly security pendants

Any ideas where people get these seemingly similar and repetitive promotions from? I know many people market for alarm systems for example using robocalls and such, with similar scripts. Clearly there has to be some sort of coordination or organization with this idea. Anyone got any clue where these people hear this from or where these ideas spread?

I have seen similar things for life alert pendants and student loan refinance "document prep" programs that are very similar and use similar contracts and supporting services. I am just trying to understand how these ideas spread.

    I don't know...nor do I care.

Are we now going to discuss any way to make muny muny muny?

I personally report every call like that to the ftc and then block it

Well if you wanted to make money, you could always sue them instead of ignoring the 1500-3000 in damages they are offering you every time they call...
