I was so excited about this that I mentioned it to another marketer. He recommended I make a video about it, so here it is.
Some of the pushed and parroted tactics of direct mail marketing are simply not present here. They were not needed to get the desired result.
There is no lumpy object inside.
No teaser copy adorns the exterior.
The envelope is not bright or friendly.
Yet it got my attention and instantly compelled me to open it. Without these so-called key factors, it worked.
