How to Conduct a Seminar Webinar

I recruit life insurance agents nationally and am looking at focusing my recruiting on driving agents into a live webinar I conduct to explain the career opportunity.

Can any of you provide resources you've used to conduct these webinars?

    I read a blog by Neil Patel that said when he does a webinar with GoToWebinar he gets something like 30% more signups.

    I have never used it as my sales are usually done with join.me and/or Skype.

    I've read your stuff on the insurance forum btw. It looks like you have some really good stuff going on with your IMO.
