Automatic Invoice Reminder?

Hello guys,

Is anyone using some kind of automatic reminder app for late and unpaid invoices?

I know a couple of online invoicing apps, which offer such service, but we work with a special software for invoicing and we can't replace it.

I want to achieve the following:

Export the invoices from our software > Import them to this "app" > Set the due dates > And then manually mark them as paid once the money is received.

Any ideas?

You could do this with just a tad of programming in excel.

Does your program have any tie-ins to cheap CRM programs, even something as simple as ACT! ?

You can import data into programs like ACT! then setup your reminder system.

      Thank you for the hook!

I've done a little research and made my own simple VBA script. It seems to work fine, but it needs a lot more programming to get it working the way I want.

No, it doesn't. I need to export the data manually. I will take a closer look to ACT!.

      Thanks!

waveapps.com and freshbooks.com should be able to meet these requirements. You may also want to check out BoxBilling.

Depending on what you're selling there are probably other options. For instance, web hosting companies can use WHMCS, Blesta,
