if I have LCD screens for stores, airports, subways, who do I contact with?

Dear warriors/bros and sisters,

my friend had started this company (transparent LCD display|transparent LCD-SPIRIYO) 3 years ago, and growing fast in China. Now I am
a sales here in the States for him. but every time I got a lot of confusion as I don't know who to contact with.

his company custom makes transparent LCD screens, showcases, or LCD refrigerators for stores, airports, subways, building glass, etc. they are sold in thousands of places in China, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Europe, Australia, USA.
Although now USA only has one customer, that is why I want to help him to get more US customers.

So when I tried to call the airports or Walmart, Target, Victoria Secrets, etc, thinking that for sure they will benefit so much from our products, because those are the companies in China who bought our screens. but their answers were either they do not take outside sales or they don't have the right person I can talk to. or you have to submit
a form online, which I dont get reply yet from anyone of them. i was thinking for businesses who don't consider outside sales, who do they deal with, is there an agent?
I wonder if anyone here knows what is the name of such agent? or do I have to do mail marketing?

Here are some videos to understand better: -Lenovo digital display yoga book with Somatic sensation interaction: https://youtu.be/0diucqPX2-4

-Jaeger watch show

-Department store display clothing in Beijing

-Auto show

-Aimer underwear display

Any comment or suggestion is highly appreciated here.

Have a great day!

Sincerely,
Cuishan

In 2004 I had this idea for advertisements displayed this way on the backs of taxi seats.

Nowadays you could upload the advertisements wirelessly.

I got caught up in the details of how to strap the LCD to the seat, not have it vandalized, etc.

And I was running in an election and working full time...so dropped the idea.

    But it's definitely an opportunity.

Most of those Companies you mention you have to go to the very top of the chain as locally they make no decisions for any part of the operations None!
Try gaming stores and small mall tech stores first and do some free advertising by sending the buzz about your system installed in a local store window.Gives you and them some advertisement and walk by traffic.
Another idea is have someone install in their window and charge local affiliated business to advertise similar to digital bill boards.
Send out info to Microsoft maybe they can use your set up to show launch of Windows 10 in the storefronts.

I think you need to focus on manufacturers who need POP displays. The will get them in the stores where there product is to be sold. No need to go to a store and try to sell them a display when you can sell a manufacturer a display for every store their product is in!

That's called, 'lack of interest.' Just because you think it's a perfect product for them does not necessarily mean they will agree with you. If that was how it worked, no one I call would ever say, 'no.'

    Cheers. - Frank

Thanks to all buddies, You are always the inspirations for me!

I am sorry I didn't see all replies because they sent me an email saying that
my post was deleted because it has links.
So I assumed there was no my post anymore.

How can I talk to the decision makers cause nobody is the decision maker. Those online forms don't reach the decision makers obviously.

    Sigh......

You can't just email a company about your proposal. I work emails for a big sweepstakes brand in the US and Canada. When we receive unsolicited emails, we send them a basic response indicating we don't take offers.

When you email a lot of big businesses, unless it's specifically to someone in head office, it usually just goes to a customer service agent in a call centre.
