Telesales Contract?

Hi, Im curious about what needed to be stated over the phone when selling listing for a membership sites? Do I have to state disclaimers? I dont want to read the entire whole terms and conditions over the phone... What is the minimal I can Say?

Here is an example of telesales contract I made up.

You agree to let "My Company" add you to our membership listing for a one-time fee for 1 year for $XX amount.. We will post your business contact information on the site within "X"
amount of days. Do you accept this terms?

      The business license will be in Deleware.. I'm not sure of its laws for telemarketing.. But I think each state has its own telemarketing rules... I think Florida has the worst laws for telemarketers.

        Yes, each state has it's own rules.
        Start with the attorney general's office.
