What businesses can you start from an office?

I'm wanting to rent an office and start a beauty/fashion-related business from it. Things like image consulting/style consulting are examples of the type of business I want to do, but something that is more popular among women (target audience is female) and makes more money than those two. I'll be working from an office, so ways to bring in customers are also appreciated.

    I think you're coming in at just the right time.

    The whole "transgender" thing is really taking off.

    Very little competition for image consulting/style consulting, at the moment.

    That's likely to change, as the movement grows.

      I think there is a real disconnect in the ideas and concepts of business development here.

      Hi, I have an office what kind of business could I should I operate? - this honestly not a question I have heard asked before.

      Image Consulting as stated is very up and coming. This specifically for those that spend any amount of time in outside sales is something they should be looking at and considering. I would consider using Sylvie di Giusto | Corporate Trainer, Speaker, Coach and Author - People Packaging is what I do. as a model.

      I am going to assume that you are in a market ( City ) that exceeds 500,000 in base population. The key here is segment targeting ( positioning ) the example above, Sylvie di Giusto has a clearly defined target client.. You are eluding to a female based target, and that's great.

      The question I think is at hand - what exactly do I do? Do you want to be more the Fashion consultant that fills in a persons wardrobe with key pieces that would translate in overall better image? Do you want to be an image consultant in the sense that you are working on the appearance and manorisms to project success?

      So to cut the line and become more refined in the choice.. do you want to be a hi end custom tailoring boutique.. or do you simply want to consult?

      We cant answer those questions for you, but I think you may have your mind set on a direction already.
