A few years ago, YCombinator created some open-source deal documents anyone could use to help shape their startup financing and fundraising.

This year they did the same with a sales document. It is a basic starting point for startups using a cloud computing service as the example.

It may help you if you are considering launching a similar service and are not sure how to structure the legalese related to your sales program.

Of course, I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, although I would make a good TV lawyer with my handsome grin and likable persona.
