For those of you that have employees or are expanding...

I know there are some of us who have broken out of the one-man show and have either hired full time employees or are at least outsourcing some of their tasks. This is kind of a cool article one of my coworkers put up on LinkedIn about using very specific employee feedback to help do things like improve performance, boost loyalty, increase job satisfaction, etc.

    Great article, Brandon.

Just to add to it. I think if I had to isolate my own favourite technique to gain loyalty and performance from employees it would be this: find out how each employee can become self-actualized, and put in place a system whereby they can see clearly how they can achieve it within my organization.

I have 2 full time employees and I will definitely ask those questions and see what kind of responses I get.

I like question 3 because it caught me off guard. And besides, It's about them. All of the questions.

    Great!
