Need A Marketing Plan To Sell Mobile Home

Hi All,


I sell mobile homes in Texas, currently most of my clients come from bandit signs put on the side of the road or from Craigslist. The more phone call a take during the week the higher my sales rate will be. I had done tons of research on, craigslist automated posters, hiring posting companies, Facebook group advertising, and Ebay Classifieds. I was wondering if some one would be able to help me put together a list of services I could use to drastically increase my call in leads. I am a small business but I do have a budget.

I will take all the advice I can get.

    Do MORE of what has worked.

    More bandit signs (unless you will get a ticket) or more bums holding them up, target areas where a mobile home would be an upgrade...or an escape or sanctuary, for pets too.

    And hopefully, you have some on land contract, with NO MONEY down.

    Increase your Craigslist presence, maybe offer a free report, how to buy your own "Home" for no money down.

    What is your demographic, where have past buyers come from?, In my area, a lot of divorced or widowed men are buying mobile.

    Many seniors who want to stay in area but won't give up Fido for a senior bldg, or assisted living.

    WHO is your target?
    Where do they hang out?
    WHAT do they want to read or see or hear?

    Then, go where they are and speak to them.

    I have some experience buying and selling new & used mobile homes in mh parks.

    Is the OP working in a park, where the homes are set up on a pad or off of a lot?

    He doesn't say.

    Is he selling new and/or used mobile homes (different markets)?

    He doesn't say.

    Why bother if you aren't going to participate?
