Who has the most accurate & up to date business data?

After compiling a list online from an industry specific directory (from a big name in the industry) and dealing with seriously out of date information, I'm ready to pay for a quality list compiled by a reputable data vendor.

So who is the best for purchasing a list of businesses in the US in a specific industry?
