Direct Mail Lead Gen: Example and Breakdown On What Triggers Response

I quickly came up with this for my friend.

Let's first look at it then I'll break down the parts so
you can see why they are put there...

The headline speaks to the right person
and dis-qualifies the rest.

This way we can stay on target on keeping
the full power of message to the right person.

The next part goes straight into money and gaining maximum status impact
so he is listened to as a peer.

Key point...had I said the service provided it would lower the status
to just another service provider and we don't want that.

Second part of that paragraph goes into the criteria he is looking for
and the reason for it in such a way it adds more value.

Phone in if the criteria is met.

To takeaway any negative thoughts of pressure put on the caller,
we made it ok to say no if he/she thinks it's not for him/her.

Then added, like a peer would, he expects the reader to be ok
if he is told that it's not a right fit for both.

Again the writer is is choosing who he works with.

About the word no, it's extremely rare for a person to use the word no to
another, therefore we are using that quirk in human nature to our advantage.

As for the list it goes to, very simple, just get them from Google Local.

And the actual postcard, just black ink on white or goldenrod or ivory card stock.

Just a very simple campaign which can be adapted for your situation.

Best,
