How to provide relevent useful product/service information to customers!

Due to immense advertising clutter and information overload most of your target customers pays little to no interest to information that you provide through traditional and modern mediums and thus you don't get the sales you expect even after investing quite good amount.

I am wondering what unique actionable ways do you guys utilize or can be utilized to set your brand apart (by providing useful, relevant information that may lead to purchase decision) from the rest in era of marketing clutter and information overload!

I will appreciate both sides response to this problem, from Academics & Practitioners and even if you are not either of these two still give it a try, you never know!

    I advise you to type that same question into google and you should receive some valuable information to at least get some ideas turning in your head. I typed in "How to provide relevent useful product/service information to customers" and lots of information came up regarding your question. The only reason why I am telling you to use google is because you ask a question and no one responded to it and when that happens, just go to google for your research. Best of luck

  • I suggest taking the time out to actually talk to your potential customer and seeing what interest him/her so that you know specifically what information to give them. Only focus on the information that interest them.

    People only want to know how you can benefit them, the only way to know how you can do that is by asking.
