Best way to send mass emails.

I'm looking to send out between 200- 500 emails a day. I have several different gmail accounts. Any suggestions on some tools that may help me with this task? I'm looking into Yet Another Mail Merge. I guess it's an add on for Google Chrome. I believe it allows you to send 50 emails per account for free, after that you have to pay.

Use an actual email marketing platform. Your personal IP will get blacklisted fast if you use gmail.

Can you suggest a platform? If my IP gets blacklisted can I just open another Gmail account?

Your personal IP gets included in all those emails. You can have 100 gmail accounts but it won't matter because it embeds your IP address. Same applies with yahoo, live, and others.

You need to run an actual platform, like Mailchimp, campaigner, or use email octopus with amazon SES.

And what happens when my IP gets black listed? They shut down the email account?

Your email accounts would actually be fine, but your IP, given to you by your internet service provider is toast, and your messages won't go through.

So if this were to happen, then even emails from my personal email accounts would no longer reach their recipients? This seems very extreme. Can you check out the app Yet Another Mail Merge, and see what this is about.

              Yes, that is correct!

YAMM wouldn't help, it would make manual email a bit easier but doesn't solve the problem. To run that, you would be able to do it effectively if you were on a windows VPS or something and could rotate out your IP address.

You have to send your mass mail message for your normal mail box.

I actually was just reading about this IP issue....as I have no idea it existed.

I sell discount real estate to cash investors. Once i get a property I blast it out to my "cash buyers" list. I stumbled accross a website that sold every single real estate agents name and email address in the US...about 1.4 million for $2,000. If im using a service like MailChimp or AWeber, and getting high complaint rates, is it my IP thats getting flagged, or the 3rd party marketing system?

One vital thing to keep in mind...

AWeber and many other reputable companies will not allow you to import a list you purchased. It needs to be a list you built yourself.

But im thinking about moving my email campaigns over to SendinBlue....it looks much more cost effective, with less importing rules than the bigger guys
