Suggestions on CRM with specific capabilities

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of investigating different CRM's and what they offer. Wanted to know what people here were using and what they recommended.

I like the fact that Zoho you can email send emails within Zoho. Along with invoices, recurring billing etc... Seemed pretty neat to have it all in one place rather than having email one place, invoicing another and CRM separate. However I was reading that they are almost like a good at everything master of nothing type of company with so many applications. Ideally I would like

- Ability to send email (and track them)
- Send invoices and ability to do recurring charges

All within the CRM.

Alternatively I have looked at others like Insightly, Nimble and Agile which have some features. Not opposed at all to having them separate but would be cool to have everything in one place.

Would love to hear what you are all using and any suggestions you may have. Thanks in advance!

I tried Zoho very briefly, most things are add-on subscriptions, and it was very hard to know a total price for everything. I tried contacting sales and was routed to support each time instead, so I decided to stick with Infusionsoft.

Ontraport, Infusionsoft, Active Campaign and many many others can all do what you are looking for.

Yeah I was looking at their add ons, would be better if they had bundles or something.

I will look into those others, thank you!

Haha no kidding, that was one of the most complicated things I ever looked into..Nothing was organized, no way to see a bundled package, didn't want to waste my time after experiencing that.

Agreed! I definitely think they would see more sales if they didn't make it so complicated and bundled in to packages.

Well, a good piece of information to know is what your budget is. I've worked on Salesforce crms that have the ability to click to call right from a lead, with an integrated email blasting, text blasting, and predictive dialer functionality built in, (customized by an overseas programmer) so it was great for follow ups and tracking, but it was also a marketing platform as well.

But it's also one of the most expensive platforms (if not most), with an 80 - 120 mthly license fee, and a small to mid five figure budget to set up all those features. But it works and support is great. Zoho is preferable due to their low to zero start up costs, and they make their money with the add ons you need to pay for, but if you want your crm to do more than just data racking, you will need them.

Great, nice topic on suggestions on CRM. It is will be useful to others.
I am running small business at home. Felt in need to enter and manage data. Finally selected Apptivo CRM as my friend suggested it. It helped me to develop business through e-mail marketing, create invoice and billing on time spend on the project.

It is integrated with google app helps to share, import and sync all the contact details. I find Apptivo great with good customer service.

Maybe have a look at premiumwebcart which is now Cloudnet360 - Fully integrated CRM platform

There are a number of features that you can use at different price points.

I find it works best with Firefox.

Can run memberships, recurring billing, CRM, various funnels , sales paths, action scoring etc.

Draw your own conclusions...they have a free trial.

    Best regards,

    Ozi

Every organization or business entity have different requirements and they look for specific capabilities in their CRM. Salesforce provides the #1 CRM solution in the world and has all the updated features. Zoho, which is another competitor for the same, can send emails, invoices, recurring bills etc. , all in one place. But the negative part is that one can not track the emails and also can not apply recurring charges on the invoices.

Also, this company is known to of providing many services but not being master of any, i.e., "Jack of All Trades, Master of None." Othe companies with similar reputation are Nimble, Agile, InfusionSoft, Ontraport, Active Campaign, etc., but they too don't support all the features that are essentially required to run a successful business. Also, they do not provide with proper pricing for the services they provide and leading shock to their clients' pocket. Salesforce is the best amongst all the CRMs and if you want personalized attention, you can partner with any one of its registered partners.

They provide everything from lead generation, integrated email blasting, text blasting, cloud services, etc. Some people can find it little costly, but the best part is that they have all the features and will provide total support and guidance even after the project is over.

Here are some of the key features to look for, and why they're important:
    Easy to use.
Customizable. As many small business owners told us, there is no one-size-fits-all CRM solution for small businesses. CRM software encompasses so many areas of a business that customization is key to getting the most out of your investment.
Third-party integration. CRM software works with all types of third-party solutions so that all your data is streamlined throughout different areas of your business.
    Niche-based.
    Cloud-based.
Security. CRM software will easily become the core of your operations.More https://www.romexsoft.com/blog/develop-crm-system
