What is your average monthly rates for such services?

P.S. Before any offline "gurus" lose their $%#! I am not asking because I want to offer the service, I am looking to hire someone and want to have an idea of what to expect.

I have, but sparingly and not as an individual service but part of a more complete marketing "package".

In my opinion, and in most cases, I just don't see it as a profitable service to offer most local businesses.

Generally, I don't like PPC management as a service for the majority of small businesses. If you can get large clients then that's great, but for lower spend like $500-1000/mo, it's hard to justify much more than 15-20% of ad spend.

    Average rate is actually 10-15%.

Using FB ads for clients, you have a harder time bringing an ROI, and often times your management fee will turn it into a negative ROI medium.

Making it a part of a larger package, makes it much easier to offer and justify.

Guess I started commenting before you added the "P.S."

For you specifically, without knowing what you're offering, I would say to test it out for yourself first.

Once you do that, you shouldn't be paying someone to manage it for you unless they can employ strategies to reduce your cost or increase your revenue.

FB ads are pretty hit or miss. If you have a $200 budget, please don't hire someone to manage it lol.

Advertise facebook follow me is to do often, and should have a manager, when customer interaction without the respondents meant that they would find another shop. But if there is less money I think should cooperate rather than rent

I agree with NameLess. I have experimented with my own account and I do Facebook
marketing for clients, but only as part of an overall marketing package. In addition to
running the ads, I also provide the content to make the page "likeable" and build social
    proof.

I find it difficult to charge enough for it as a standalone service for enough money to make
    it worth my while...

Well I will be the third to say - not by itself. We do it with copywiting , sales page/funnel creation and some SEO integration. Facebook is very niche specific - in broad terms if the niche is offline social friendly it does well - so we have musicians, motivational speakers, religous organizations, artists etc that are crushing it in facebook.

I think you'd be able to find someone you could pay to create a month's worth of posts for you and upload them to a scheduling tool such as Hootsuite so once they've completed a few hours work a month they're done.

But aside from that I think you'd be hard pushed to find someone who would manage your social media for you on an ongoing basis as a stand alone product.

Like those who have commented above, I offer this service as part of a wider content creation strategy which includes blogs and newsletters etc as they all work in quite nicley together. I wouldn't be able to justify charging someone as much as I'd need to in order to make it social media alone profitable for me, and I think that's the general consensus.

I agree, unless its a large budget, don't do JUST FB Ads for a client. You will be frustrating yourself.

I like charging monthly for more consistent things like website maintenance and hosting, then adding on marketing packages that they may cancel after 1 or 2 months.

It's easier to do Adwords monthly than FB Ads since its steady and reliable whereas FB Ads works great at first and then will dip after a few days if it's a local business. (Small audiences get burned through very fast on FB.)

    Hey rocemore hows it going?

I have experience with managing FB ads for a shopify guru in the past and I did it for $1k/month.

This particular shopify business brought in $50k in monthly revenue.

Not sure of any other prices but this is what I did it for.

    Hope this helps!
