Need Simple Local Business Strategy

If you have websites like Craigslist in Indonesia just place your apartment for sale ad there. Then you can also promote that page where your ad is on other websites and forums. Also, you can always do PPC or other forms of advertising. Just promote where you think people who can buy appartment go online.

You can also check Facebook Groups and see if there local/national groups where you can post the apartment for sale.

You could try running FB ads targeting people in her location? Select people of the right demographics: age, income, etc.

You can sell the stuff on Ebay.

If you don't know how to do it, buy a product online that teaches you that. There are good ones to choose from.

Well we don't know what resources you have.

Can you even legally sell the house? Are there realtor/estate agent licensing requirements in Indonesia, and do you meet them?

In an ideal world, you would do what works...which is what top realtors do.

First, they have a video walkthrough of the place. This is a virtual showing and what is critical is excellent lighting. My parents sold their home about a decade ago now, which they bought new 20 years before, and the realtor posted a video walkthrough that was so good it made you forget the outdated finishings and other very minor flaws (it was always an extremely well kept house.) That walkthrough made the house look literally like a million bucks, which was close to the final selling price. In North America this would cost a few thousand dollars to execute well.

That's called the tool for pre-qualifying your buyer.

Then you need a traffic source to view that walkthrough, along with the other pertinent info about the home. Where are people of appropriate income/wealth and physical proximity already gathering who might be interested in moving or acquiring an investment property?

Your lead source could be online or offline (ie. a business card with the url on it, with other data like the physical address and your contact info.)

But those are the two components of IM: Traffic...and Conversion.

On the web page after the property data and walkthrough you will need a call to action to have the viewer sign up for a showing with you. That's where you walk through with them, answer their questions, and do the selling. After that interested parties will submit an offer.

But again, we don't know what your resources are.

You may ask about traffic sources. I don't know your local economy. But look at how successful real estate agents do it in your area. You may complain they accomplish it all through referrals. Well that's fine: split commissions are a fact of life, and if it gets the property sold faster it's worth it to everyone, isn't it.
