Directory bookings

I wanted to run an idea past people. Not sure if this is the correct section for it though on the Warrior forum.
Anyway, I have an online directory with over 1 million visitors a year for services such as Dentists, tyre fitters etc, within the UK.
I can't seem to get dentists or whoever to purchase a listing the directory, however I was wondering whether I could take bookings on behalf of a business, for a commission.
Eg. Someone is looking for a dentist in their area, they find one on my directory, they ring me asking to book a certain time for a particular treatment. ( I would have discussed with the dentist before hand what services they offer, on what days, how much they charge and the hours they do). After getting the customers details I could then ring the dentist to book on behalf of the patient. Following the call with the dentist, an email confirmation will be sent to the patient.
I would only trial this with one dentist to start with and if it is successful, perhaps hire someone or a few if it goes massive.
