Writing Simple Ads For Immediate Exposure

I wouldn't doubt if this has already been brought up, but I am thinking about running classified ads in places like the Thrifty Nickle or Pennysaver type of classified ads publications. What has been your experience with this? I am thinking that if it works in a couple of local papers, then it is possible to expand nationwide. Tell me if I'm dreaming.

Don't know if you're dreaming. Depends on what you want to advertise. Hopefully not your 1997 looking web site.

What works in your local Thrifty or Penny...who is advertising what?

What is the cost and what response rate do you need?

I did very well in these offering a How to Use This Classified Section to make Money, when selling a report about buying and selling stuff. Your ads have to match the readership.

What are they looking for and what exactly do you want them to do?

Then, write your ad to get the response you want, and if you don't get that response, then maybe the media is the wrong place.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate the information. Also, why do you think my website is 1997 looking?

If it is working for you, so be it. It looks like the sort of affiliate site which became popular around that time, again, if it works. Just keep using it.

PS. On some of the downloads there, I get warnings, auto installing adware. NO.
