Lead Generation Saturation Point for Offline Client??

I have recently thought to start my own local lead generation company, when i do a contract with an offline client let's say a GYM for example and i charge it on a monthly basis, now my concern is if the client reached their maximum number of customers then i can no longer bring them leads and no more monthly payment

So because of this situation i have to be always looking for new clients and bring them leads until saturation and then move to another one and ,,etc.?? so no fixed business and always risk my financial life!

Please i need some advice on this specific problem and how i can solve it?

I thought for example i could charge client a huge one time payment from beginning (because i will bring life to their business) is this something right to do? and will the clients accepts something like that?

Please i only want replies from lead generation experts to help a newbie like me.

Cheers
Ahmed

That's a good problem to have. You can charge per lead. You can sell same lead to multiple businesses. You can market to the leads yourself if no one is buying them.

    Yup.

Simplest way around this is ... don't generate and sell leads to
    any service based industry.

You're thinking to small with services and that will limit you.

    Generate lead types everyone wants.

    Or...

Generate leads that companies will buy huge quantities of.

Or, you can change how you describe what's going on.

Businesses lose customers. So, let's admit that you got everyone who can possibly be a client in. They say, we don't need you. And they do not.

Offer them something else, a customer retention program. A lost-client reactivation program.

Or, accept that you offer a limited in time service. Nothing wrong with that.

You just need to know, on average, a client stays with me x months at $y a month. If I want 10000 a month, I need to bring in 1 new client every 3 weeks or every 7 weeks or whatever your case is, and make sure you bring in at least that many new clients.

If you think that, then you completely missed the point of my post.
That or I need to learn to be more descriptive.

Yours is great advice but the OP ain't there: "I have recently thought to start my own local lead generation company".

He'll be asking the question to which yours is the perfect answer in about a year.
