If you could have a lunch with billionaire every day, what would you say to him?

I took some temporary job in a company with revenue over billion EUR and the owner is sitting in the office next to me, and often we have a lunch at the same time, so I can talk about anything with him. How would you use this chance?

It looks like small family business with only 30 employees, so everybody knows everybody there and I can talk with the owner whenever I want. It just look like a small biz, but they have 5 other branches and 2 factories in China and Europe. They produce sanitary products, mostly shower cabines, infrared saunas etc.

What would be your irresistible offer for the big boss? The problem is, they sell mostly to big DIY chains, so they dont need direct marketing, because the chains sell it for them. They sell a little bit directly online, and they have almost no internet marketing, but they prefer the big chains.
What would you do in this situation?

    My question would be regarding how did he start this business from scratch and ended up building connections with the big chains.
