I think it is usefull. And we are have some intresting idea. But I have doubt. Can I offer some products in greeting emaik? Or it is seems bad... As a customer I d`not see bad but...

Yes cards every year.

Well cards do show a feeling of appreciation for each other and sending it to your customers always pay in a long run. But instead of sending them just plain simple greeting cards offer them some sort of holiday incentive as well so that they could remember this gesture whole year ahead.

Yes letters are also catch customers, your little kind of words can attract customers toward you and build log term relationship.

I like doing this and I usually make it digital to tie into my business.

I make it fun and ensure there are no religious links as my clients come from all backgrounds.

Each year I create a cool image or cartoon, add in a message and thank everyone for a great year.

It's a good opportunity to share any closing hours over the festive season and to remind them to send in any work they need done leading up to the end of year period or pencil in work for my pipeline for the new year so I know what is coming in.

It does help sales and it does keep my business front of mind, so why wouldn't you do it
