Old School Lead Generation Dead?
I remember knowing a gentleman that used to collect leads via offering a trip or a prize. He would put these boxes in all the stores in town. I remember him having a giant box at local fairs and flee markets. The information he collected was name, age, household income, if the had a credit card etc. He told me he used to get around 2-3 bucks for each lead. He sold them to an "unknown" guy lol.
Who would buy these low level leads?
So I am wondering if this is a viable option to make some extra money. I would like to learn more about the lead business so I can work my own hours.
Please any advice would be helpful. Thanks
